How to use the test

Take the Petri dish without a lid and place it in the desired room for 1 hour where you want to measure the air quality.

After one hour, put the lid on the bowl and store it at room temperature for four days.

How many do I need?
To get the best results, it is generally recommended that you always buy at least 1 piece per 40 square meters. This ensures the best possible coverage. In addition, we generally recommend that you always test several places in the home at the same time, to have some results to compare with, and track down where the problem is.
How does the air test for mold work?
The air test uses a petri dish that is placed in the desired room for one hour to collect airborne mold spores. The dish is then closed and stored for four days, after which the result can be read and evaluated using the included instructions.
How do I perform the mold air test?
The test is simple to perform and requires no technical knowledge. Do this:
- Open the Petri dish and place it without a lid in the desired room for one hour where you want to measure for mold.
- Place the lid on the bowl when the hour is up and store it at room temperature for four days.
- After four days, compare the number of colonies in the dish with the included instructions so you can assess whether there are signs of mold in the room.
